A couple of reminders about safety rules:

1. Please be vigilant of full size aircraft at all times: they may enter their landing or take off without warning and must be accorded priority at all times.  This is especially true if the wind is from the east and their take off path is towards our patch.  Models must be flown clear of any full size aircraft, landed or if necessary ditched.  It is our responsibility, and we must anticipate and be vigilant of potential full size activity.

2. The western boundary hedge, between us and the full size patch, is a hard boundary that we must NEVER cross.  When flying from the east / west pit you should therefore never get near to this boundary and should consider making your turn before you approach the end of the mown patch when flying towards the west, leaving plenty of distance from the boundary hedge.
