In short, NO
As BMFA members we are exempt from the law change that takes effect on the 31st November. This exemption covers us until Janaury 2020. Upon renewing your bmfa memebership, the bmfa will register you for the drone registration scheme, so long as you allow them. You can then continue flying within club and BMFA rules as you allways have.
