You may have noticed that your CAA operator ID has changed, despite us being told that they would remain the same.
I have been on the phone to the CAA this morning (Friday 12th Feb) and was told that because the ‘system’ changed in January our operator IDs had to change.
But, our new numbers will now remain the same indefinitely.
