Annual General Meeting 2023 and election of Committee
On behalf of the NBRMAS Committee I am writing to advise you of the steps we propose to take in order to elect our Committee for 2024.
We are planning to hold our AGM at 8pm on Thursday 7th December 2023 at the Hanney British Legion Hall.
If you would like to stand or nominate someone for the Committee we would like the attached form to be completed and sent to the Committee by Tuesday 31st October. This will allow for Committee voting slips and voting details to be included with the membership forms sent out in November.

Please return a photograph of the form below in line with one of these two methods:
1. An email attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org or
2. A photograph to 07708 931 559.

Copies of the form will be available in the Portacabin at the patch from Saturday 7th October.
