Swindon Model Aero Club are having a Table Top model sale and social evening on November 8th and cordially invite your members to attend.
An evening with lots going on, there will be a table-top sale for you to buy & sell models, engines, radio gear, accessories, etc. There will be a display and talk about the Steve Holland-designed Farmhand 90 model that some members have been building, with a video of the model in action. Two flight simulators will be available for some ‘stick time’ on various aircraft types.
Other clubs are being invited which should give a larger selection of items for sale.
Cost for entry is £2 per person and includes refreshments. Cost for sellers is an additional £3 per table, with the funds going to the club funds. A chance to buy and sell modelling gear and some socialising with like minded folk.
The event will be held at the Coleview Community Centre, Towcester Rd, Swindon SN3 4AS in the Towcester Room from 7pm. The start time is firm to allow people to set up their sale items and prevent early bird bargain hunters trying to get in first.
