The Committee has asked for the back of the pits to run in line with the wind sock, moving the Pilots’ Line and Safety Line approximately 2 metres to the east. This will move the patch back to its 2017 markings. The actual area of the patch will be little affected, but will move the flying area further from the car park and western boundary hedge, reducing the area that needs to be mown as well as making mowing the pits area easier for those members helping to maintain the patch.
